Witness Shauna Corr, who was on the flight, expressed her sympathy for the targeted couple and children nearby, recounting the woman’s abhorrent language as “atrocious and racist.” The situation escalated to the point where police intervened upon the aircraft’s landing to apprehend the disruptive passenger.
