South Lanarkshire College to Shut on Friday for Student Safety Ahead of 90mph Storm Eowyn Winds
South Lanarkshire College in East Kilbride has announced its closure on Friday due to the impending Storm Eowyn, which is expected to bring winds of up to 90mph to the region. The decision comes as the Met Office issued a rare red weather warning for “very strong winds” that could pose a threat to life.
