Concerns are growing for a man who has been missing for the second day amidst Storm Eowyn in Glenrothes. Garry Vaughan, aged 33, was last seen on Thursday morning before the severe weather warning was issued. Police Scotland has reached out to the public for any information regarding his whereabouts.
Garry was last spotted wearing a dark grey tammy style woollen hat, dark-coloured cargo trousers, and a black hoodie. He also had a grey rucksack in his possession at the time he vanished.
