Andrew Reynolds, aged 22, Callum Reynolds, aged 21, and Louis Stuksis, aged 20, assaulted Dean Miller with punches to his head and body before using a metal bar to strike him. Callum Reynolds also assaulted another individual, Lincoln Ikemere, with the same metal bar, resulting in severe injuries and permanent disfigurement for both victims. The trio, all members of the gym at Crown Retail Park, had previous issues with Mr. Miller leading up to the altercation.
The Reynolds brothers and Stuksis appeared in Glasgow Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to the charges of assaulting Mr. Miller to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement. Callum Reynolds also admitted the assault on Mr. Ikemere, while Stuksis pleaded guilty to possessing the metal bar in a public place without a valid reason.
