Plans for expanding Additional Support Needs (ASN) provision at Troon Primary School in South Ayrshire have been given the green light after receiving approval for listed building consent. The proposal involves re-configuring two rooms within the school to create a new ASN base, as reported by Ayrshire Live.
The application seeks to amend the layout of two ground floor rooms to establish ASN base classrooms, alongside quiet rooms, a sensory room, an accessible change facility, and a staff WC. Additionally, refurbishment and decoration works are planned for the upper rooms of the school.
