The new restaurant, named Trocadero’s, is part of a multi-million-pound development that includes the addition of 40 luxury hotel rooms.

Visitors can expect an elegant and nostalgic dining experience as every aspect of the new hotel has been meticulously designed to ensure elegance and charm. The venue invites those with memorable stories from the former dance hall, including couples, parents, and grandparents who frequented The Trocadero, to email their tales.

The Trocadero’s restaurant and the new 40-bedroom hotel at Crossbasket Castle are set to open on March 16. The venue owners, Alison and Steve Timoney, have invested over £10 million in restoring the historic building to its former glory. This development is expected to welcome an additional 35,000 visitors annually and create over 50 jobs for the area.

In conclusion, the Trocadero holds a special place in the hearts of many in Hamilton and Lanarkshire, and this new luxury restaurant at Crossbasket Castle promises to revive the nostalgia and romance of the beloved dance hall for a new generation to enjoy.
