Kanye West ‘threatened to kill employee and investigated Kardashians for sex trafficking,’ lawsuit alleges

Kanye West Allegedly Threatened Employee and Investigated Kardashians for Sex Trafficking, Lawsuit Claims

A recent lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court has made shocking allegations against Kanye West, claiming that he hired an employee to investigate various conspiracy theories, including sex trafficking involving the Kardashian family. The lawsuit, seen by The Independent, states that the situation escalated to the point where Kanye West threatened to kill the employee before ultimately firing him.

The employee, identified only as “John Doe,” alleges that he was hired by Ye in December 2022 as the Director of Intelligence as the rapper was gearing up for his 2024 presidential run. Doe claims that Ye’s behaviour became increasingly erratic, possibly influenced by his consumption of nitrous oxide and getting titanium teeth around May 2024. During this time, Ye allegedly asked Doe to hire private investigators to surveil his wife while she was in Australia.

A concerning turn of events occurred when Doe received a call from an employee at Donda Academy, a school Ye was overseeing, reporting cases of child abuse. Doe brought this to the attention of Yeezy leadership, prompting a threatening call from Ye himself. The lawsuit claims that Ye yelled, cursed, and threatened bodily harm, including death, if Doe shared the information about the abuse. Doe, a military veteran, says he faced continued threats from Ye’s associates, exacerbating his PTSD.

As a result of reporting the child abuse allegations and objecting to unethical activities, Doe alleges he was fired by Ye as a form of retaliation. The lawsuit outlines Ye’s alleged campaign of threats, intimidation, and harassment, causing severe emotional distress and worsening Doe’s PTSD. Additionally, Doe was tasked with investigating the Kardashian family for supposed criminal links and involvement in sex trafficking, as per the lawsuit.

In response to the allegations, the plaintiff’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, blamed Kanye West for the legal troubles, stating that Ye cannot mistreat employees, fail to pay them, or resort to threats of violence. The lawsuit seeks over seven figures in punitive and compensatory damages, including unpaid wages. The Independent has reached out to representatives for both Ye and the Kardashians for comments on the matter.
