In a shock twist on the hit show Strictly Come Dancing, DIY SOS star Nick Knowles has been eliminated, making him the third celebrity to exit the 20th-anniversary series. Knowles, 62, returned to the dance floor after missing out on movie week due to a knee injury. During the results show, Knowles and his dance partner Luba Mushtuk faced off against former X Factor winner Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu. The judges – Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke – all voted to save Ward and Xu, a decision supported by head judge Shirley Ballas.
Knowles expressed his surprise and gratitude for the experience, acknowledging the care and dedication required each week and the importance of not letting down his partner. He praised Mushtuk and the show’s staff for their support and thanked his fellow competitors for their camaraderie.
