A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a police pursuit from Clydebank to Dumbarton. A spokesperson from Police Scotland provided details of the incident, stating, “Around 10.20 am on Friday, November 1, 2024, a vehicle failed to stop for police on Glasgow Road in Clydebank, at the junction with Kilbowie Road. A short pursuit ensued until the vehicle crashed in the Strathleven Place area of Dumbarton, and the driver was apprehended shortly thereafter. The 20-year-old suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.”
