A man has been found guilty of murder following a tragic attack at a home in North Lanarkshire. Steven McGhee, aged 48, seriously assaulted Kevan Doyle at a property on Glencleland Road in Wishaw around 8:55 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022. Despite police officers responding to the scene, Doyle, aged 43, was discovered with fatal injuries and passed away at the property. McGhee was subsequently arrested the following day and charged with murder on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow, McGhee was found guilty and is set to be sentenced next month.
