Over 200 protesters gathered outside Scone Library on Saturday, November 9, to rally against its potential closure. The Save Scone Library campaign group is collaborating with similar groups in other areas like Comrie, Auchterarder, Birnam, and Alyth.
The campaign group’s spokesperson mentioned plans for future collaborations and protests, including one at AK Bell Library. The issue was also raised by Mid Scotland and Fife Conservative MSP Murdo Fraser in the Scottish Parliament.
