Jessica Campbell’s partner was attacked while trying to control the dogs, named Rui and Reggie, as a series of incidents unfolded. The incident occurred on June 28 last year when Campbell’s dogs got loose from her residence. In a frantic attempt to regain control, Campbell, still in her dressing gown, and her partner chased the dogs in Netherfield, Widnes, Cheshire. CCTV footage presented in court showed the dogs roaming a neighbor’s garden, with Mr. Smith seen struggling with Reggie before being bitten on the forearm, sustaining significant injuries that required hospital treatment.
