A Scottish father, Scott Stewart, 42, has tragically passed away in a hospital in Stirling after a two-year battle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Scott was initially dismissed by medical professionals when he contacted his GP surgery about his twitching leg, being told he would be “wasting the doctor’s time.” Despite this, he was diagnosed with MND in August 2022 after he persisted in raising concerns about his symptoms.
