Healthy ‘n’ Happy Energy Advice Team to Offer Support in Rutherglen and Cambuslang
Healthy ‘n’ Happy Community Development Trust is bringing its energy advice team to Rutherglen and Cambuslang to assist residents with managing energy costs and staying warm during the winter months. The team, comprising of experts funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme and SGN, aims to provide practical advice and tips to the local community.
Natasha Wheeler, an energy advisor for Healthy ‘n’ Happy, expressed gratitude for the funding that allows them to offer valuable advice on energy efficiency and tariff optimization. The team will be hosting drop-in sessions in Cambuslang and Rutherglen to engage with residents and provide personalised support. Residents are encouraged to bring along their energy bills for review during these sessions.
The energy advice team will be available at different locations on specific days:
– Cambuslang – Fridays from 10am-12pm at the CTEC Building and Cambuslang Library on Main Street
– Rutherglen – Tuesdays from 2pm-4pm at Number 18 Venue on Farmeloan Road
In addition to drop-in sessions, Healthy ‘n’ Happy will conduct energy advice events and workshops for both individuals and community groups. The schedule for these events can be found on their social media channels and website.
